Director level officers deputed in all districts to ensure proper inspection of hospitals: Haryana minister

The Haryana Health Minister Anil Vij on May 14 mentioned that director level officers have been deputed in all districts to ensure proper inspection, supervision and management of the health centres and hospitals.

 


These officers would provide assistance in removing shortcomings in hospitals to facilitate patients. The Minister said that districts Ambala, Panchkula and Yamunanagar have been allotted to Additional Director General Health, Dr. Aditya Choudhary. Similarly, districts Karnal and Kurukshetra have been allotted to Dr. Parveen Sethi, districts Kaithal and Jind to Dr. G.S. Grewal, districts Fatehabad and Gurugram to Dr. Veena Singh, Faridabad and Hisar to Dr. Sonia Trikha, Panipat and Sirsa to Dr. V.K. Bansal and Rohtak, Dadri and Bhiwani to Dr. Usha Gupta. He said that districts Sonipat and Jhajjar have been allotted to Dr. S.B. Kamboj, Rewari and Palwal to Dr. Vijay Garg, and Mewat and Narnaul to Dr. Ramesh Dhankar.

The spokesman said that these officers would visit allocated districts regularly and supervise the Primary Health Centres, Community Health Centres, Sub Divisional hospitals and district hospitals. Apart from this, they would submit their suggestions to the Minister or the Department for fulfilling the requirements in hospitals so that people would not face any inconvenience.
