Black magic performed on patient inside ICU at Pune hosp

A doctor from a reputed Pune hospital has been booked for bringing in a tantrik to perform black magic in the intensive care unit for enabling speedy recovery of a 24-year old patient who was diagnosed with a tumor in her breast.
Black magic was performed on a 24-year-old lady patients at Incentive Care Unit (ICU) of a reputed hospital in the city to get speedy cure. The patient was detected with a tumor in one of her breasts. She was admitted initially to Satish Chavan Hospital. Dr Chavan performed surgery on her but the surgery was not successful. The parents of the patient decided to shift her Deenanath Mangeshwar Hospital when she complained of pain in her body. The patient was then brought to Mangeshwar Hospital on 13 March night and admitted in ICU.
Dr Satish Chavan brought a "Tantrik" inside the ICU and he performed black magic inside the ICU as a way for the patient to get cured immediately. It has not yet confirmed whether the parents of the patient were taken into confidence for the act or not. When the the video of the black magic act went viral on social media, the city Shiv Sena leader Sachin Taware approached the hospital and called the police on the spot.
Mr Taware demanded strict action against Dr Chavan and hospital for performing the act inside the reputed hospital. Meanwhile, the patient died in the hospital late on 13 March night. The patient's parents blamed Dr Chavan that he had performed the wrong surgery to her daughter which resulted into her death. Talking to media, Mr Taware said he had filed police complaint against Dr Chavan and demanded from Government of Maharashtra to cancel his medical license immediately for the good cause of society. He said the act of Dr Chavan was very shameful and he should be arrested immediately under the provisions of Prevention of Black Magic Act.
