Two medical students found working as teachers

Two medical students one each of RIMS and JNIMS were found working as government teachers.
Ms. Savanai Lily RL of Senapati district was appointed as Primary Teacher (SSA), on 26 February 2012, and posted at the Keshefii Lower Primary School, Senapati while she was presently appearing in the final MBBS 3rd Professional Part II Examination, January 2018 at RIMS.
The Department of Education(S), Manipur became suspicious and a probe was conducted and during enquiry with RIMS authority, the matter was confirmed.The services of Ms. Savanai Lily RL as Primary Teacher was terminated and Zonal Education Officer (Senapati), Government of Manipur shall lodge an FIR against Savanai Lily RL, for alleged fraudulence and wrongful drawal of pay and allowances etc. after getting admission to the MBBS Course at the RIMS, Imphal under appropriate clauses of IPC within a period of one month said Th Kirankumar, Director Education today in an order.Zonal Education Officer (Senapati), Government of Manipur shall recover the pay and allowances wrongfully drawn within six months.
Another medical student P. Messengeorge Dangshawa, of Chandel district, was appointed as Primary Teacher (SSA on February 26, 2012, and posted at the Thumtam Lower Primary School, Chandel. During the enquiry, it was found he was undergoing MBBS Course at Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Medical Sciences (JNIMS), Porompat.The Dean (Academic), JNIMS, Porompat confirmed that P.Messengeorge Dangshawa has been a regular student since his admission into MBBS course in the Institute on the 25th August, 2012.
He appeared all the Professional Examinations and passed the examinations and presently he was doing his One Year Compulsory Rotatory Internship.His service was terminated and Zonal Education Officer (Chandel) will file an FIR against him and money paid to him recovered within six months.
