Hunter JB, et al. – The researchers attempted this study to examine the impact of aspirin or other non–steroidal anti–inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) use on the growth of vestibular schwannoma (VS). They found no association between aspirin usage and VS growth. Moreover, they observed no apparent relationship between aspirin dosage, non–aspirin NSAID use, and cyclooxygenase–2 (COX–2) selectivity with VS growth.
