Muñoz–Navarro R, et al. – The physicians aimed to evaluate the utility of the Patient Health Questionnaire–9 (PHQ–9) to identify major depressive disorder (MDD) in a subset of primary care (PC) patients participating in the large PsicAP study. They suggested that the PHQ–9 was a highly satisfactory tool that could be used for screening MDD in the PC setting.
