Choi S, et al. - The aim of this trial was to assess the role of the bow and lean test (BLT) in the diagnosis of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV). Researchers noted that BLT offered better lateralization in lateral semicircular canal (LSCC) canalolithiasis. Nevertheless, it could be more beneficial in predicting the diagnosis and lateralization of posterior semicircular canal (PSCC) BPPV when compared to LSCC canalolithiasis.
