Jornet AR, et al. – As their goal, experts assessed the usefulness of questionnaires on advance directives (ADs) in hemodialysis units. In daily nephrology practice, questionnaires on ADs were a useful tool. Based on the results, they suggested distributing these questionnaires to those patients willing to consider the limitation of therapeutic efforts in extreme clinical circumstances, and to all elderly patients.
