Lei Z, et al. - This research was formulated in order to contemplate the biological functions of miR-181a and it's expression levels in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) tissues and cancer cell lines.miR-181a was revealed to be up-regulated in ccRCC and hence, could act as a tumor-promoting factor by targeting KLF6 expression. A beneficial effect could be gained in the treatment of ccRCC by manipulating miR-181a.
