Spinillo A, et al. - This study focused on the association between undifferentiated connective tissue diseases (UCTDs) and adverse pregnancy outcomes. No sufficient exploration has been performed till date to elucidate this link but epidemiological and biological data is indicative of a potential negative effect on reproductive outcomes. Until confirmation of this link, vigilance on obstetricians' end is required with respect to potential of rheumatic disorders in their early, incomplete, or undifferentiated phases adversely affecting pregnancy outcomes.
