Ultrasound-based follow-up does not increase survival in early-stage melanoma patients: A comparative cohort study

Ribero S, et al. - In this study, an ultrasound-based follow-up was compared with a clinical follow-up in early-stage melanoma patients. Findings suggested no increase in survival of these patients with ultrasound-based follow-up.
