Radcliff K, et al. - Authors designed this study to determine any differences in clinical outcomes following cervical spine surgery between patients with and without history of prior cervical spine surgery. Findings revealed inferior improvement in quality of life outcome scores among patients with a history of prior cervical spine surgery. They recommended appropriate counseling of patients with a history of prior surgical intervention who elect to undergo subsequent surgeries about expected results.
