Xun Y, et al. - The goal of this paper was to inspect the efficacy and safety of tubeless percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL). The data illustrated that tubeless PCNL was an available and safe choice for carefully evaluated and selected patients. It exhibited a notable connection with the advantages of shorter hospital stay, shorter time to return to normal activity, lower postoperative pain scores, less analgesia requirement, and reduced urine leakage.
