Raskind MA, et al. - Researchers performed a trial to investigate the efficacy of prazosin, an α1-adrenoreceptor antagonist, in alleviating post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in military veterans. They observed that prazosin did not alleviate distressing dreams or improve sleep quality among the military veterans who had chronic PTSD.
