Lenis AT, et al. - In this study, trends in utilization of cytoreductive partial nephrectomy (cPN) and compared overall survival (OS) in patients who underwent Cytoreductive radical nephrectomy (cRN) or cPN for metastatic renal cell carcinoma (mRCC) were assessed. Researchers recognized an increase in the use of cPN in patients with mRCC. cPN seemed associated with improved OS in patients with primary tumors<4 cm.
