Tanaka N, et al. – This study aimed at evaluating the trends in risk classification and primary therapy of Japanese prostate cancer patients who were diagnosed between 2004 and 2012. Results revealed decreased high–risk patients in the latter period. While radiation therapy and active surveillance significantly increased over these periods, the use of primary androgen deprivation therapy (PADT) also significantly decreased.
