Shah GB, et al. - Researchers strived to scrutinize the efficacy of dornase alfa (dornase) in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) in cystic fibrosis (CF) patients. A greater degree of improvement was noted in the sinonasal symptoms of CF patients due to topical intranasal dornase when compared to saline alone. However, the effect on other outcomes remained unclear.
