Mahmoud O, et al. - Herein, authors probed into the survival by treatment strategy independently in human papillomavirus (HPV)-related and HPV-nonrelated oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). The findings shed light on the link between the TORS-based approach with superior survival in patients with HPV-negative oropharyngeal SCC. The data did not report similar variation in patients with HPV-positive disease.
