Journal of Hematology & Oncology Aug 18, 2017
Marincevic–Zuniga Y, et al. – Transcriptome sequencing of 134 primary acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) patient samples, was regulated to comprehensively detect fusion transcripts. Including both known and novel fusion genes, the fusion gene landscape was identified in pediatric ALL. This study outlined fusion gene families with shared molecular etiologies. It seemed to provide additional information for prognosis and therapeutic options in the future.
