Kalincik T, et al. – This study was performed to develop predictive algorithms for individual treatment response using demographic, clinical and paraclinical predictors in patients with multiple sclerosis and to evaluate the accuracy and internal and external validity of these algorithms. The physicians revealed that at the time of their commencement, demographic, clinical and paraclinical information helped in predicting individual response to disease–modifying therapies.
