Jesus VM, et al. - This study sought to retrospectively evaluate the short-term surgical results of feminizing genitoplasty with total mobilization of the urogenital sinus in patients with disorders of sex development (DSD). Authors recognized the total mobilization of the urogenital sinus as a feasible and safe procedure. The procedure permitted good cosmetic results, with no urinary incontinence.
