Shikani AH, et al. - The efficacy of a non-invasive topical therapy against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) was evaluated in patients with refractory chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS). Findings revealed that rhinotopic therapy resulted in clearance of MRSA in 81.2% patients. Hence, it was determined that topical therapy was an effective method in the treatment of MRSA-associated refractory CRS.
