Gill FR, et al. – The impact of topical anaesthetic (TA) amid gas permeable (GP) contact lens (CL) fitting on subjective and objective measures of patient anxiety is examined in this research. TA use amid GP CL fitting has potential patient benefits: improved first–time GP CL wear comfort, decreased anxiety amid adaptation, decreased anxiety prior to subsequent GP CL wear.
