Gamarel KE, et al. - The link between tobacco smoking behaviors and sustained viral suppression among youth living with HIV (YLWH) was assessed in this study. Over the study period, older age and daily or almost daily tobacco smoking, and ART adherence remained statistically significant in predicting sustained viral suppression. The findings emphasized the requirement for tobacco screening and interventions in HIV care settings for the detection of youth in need of additional smoking cessation services
