Eder L, et al. - A two-stage study was performed to evaluate the impact of TNF-α inhibitors (TNFi) on subclinical cardiovascular disease in psoriatic patients. It was concluded that the TNFi treatment was related to the decreased progression of carotid plaques in men and improvement in vascular inflammation in psoriatic patients.
