Rhee RL, et al. - This study was designed to shed light on the significance of persistent hematuria or proteinuria in patients with ANCA-associated vasculitis who are otherwise in clinical remission. Future renal relapse was significantly predicted by the presence of persistent hematuria, but not proteinuria among patients with ANCA-associated vasculitis and kidney involvement who achieved remission after induction therapy.
