Meng Y, et al. - The use of nasal secretion specific immunoglobulin (sIgE) for the diagnosis of allergic rhinitis was assessed by the experts. Results suggested that sIgE level in nasal secretions of subjects with rhinitis presented as a reliable noninvasive alternative to serum sIgE for the diagnosis of allergic rhinitis.
