Yang S, et al. – The specialists wished to determine whether ambulatory blood pressure variability (ABPV) was associated with enlarged perivascular spaces (EPVS) by 24–hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM). They found that ABPV was independently associated with EPVS in basal ganglia (BG) after controlling for blood pressure, but not in the white matter (WM).
