Tiplica GS, et al. - The purpose of this trial was to evaluate the reduction of atopic dermatitis (AD) severity in children with the AD due to the regular use of emollients. In children with mild to moderate AD, the regular use of emollients led to a reduction in the severity of symptoms. Hence, data supported the use of these emollients as a first-line treatment for such patients.
