Pathology International Feb 19, 2018
Dai T, et al. - An inquiry was set up with regard to the prognostic importance of N-myc downstream regulated gene 1 (NDRG1) and/or c-Myc expression in lung adenocarcinoma, with the aid of immunohistochemistry with a tissue microarray. It was determined that each of the clinicopathological features was prominently linked with NDRG1 expression, with the exception of age. Based on the results, it was inferred that NDRG1 expression correlated with both prognosis and c-Myc expression in lung adenocarcinoma.
