Downs J, et al. - This systematic review was performed to describe the prevalence of mental health disorders and symptoms in children and adolescents with cerebral palsy (CP). The researchers concluded that to ascertain the prevalence of mental health disorders, more studies were needed. Mental health symptoms were common and mental health evaluations needed to be incorporated into multidisciplinary assessments for these children.
