Pasangulapati SB, et al. – The authors aimed to systematically address the prevalence and severity of autonomic dysfunction in chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP). In CIDP, autonomic dysfunction was underreported and was found to be potentially amenable to therapy. Compared to previous studies, this cohort had a high proportion of adrenergic dysfunction.
