European Journal of Surgical Oncology Sep 20, 2017

Karol P, et al. - Authors performed this investigation to assess the pattern of lymph node metastasis in microsatellite unstable gastric cancer. As per observations, microsatellite instability (MSI) gastric cancer (GC) indicated a high rate of N0 stage, a lower number of lymph node metastases, and a less extensive spread to lymph node stations than microsatellite stable (MSS) tumors. Data indicated investigating tailored lymphadenectomy for these patients.
