Participants in the study were injected with Incobotulinumtoxin-A following a standard 5-point glabellar muscle injection (n = 65) or individualized evaluation and scheme treatment based on anatomical references of contraction, the One21 technique (n = 65). The One21 technique produced better results than the standard 5-point procedure for the reduction of glabellar dynamic Incobotulinumtoxin-A lines, in particular for glabellar asymmetric lines or for muscle groups other than procerus and corrugator involvement.
