Park JB, et al. - This inquiry was set up to examine the efficacy and safety of viscum album pleurodesis in patients with intractable prolonged air leakage. Findings indicated that air leaks continue to be a crucial cause of morbidity and viscum album pleurodesis could be considered as an option for the treatment of prolonged air leak patients. With viscum album pleurodesis, acceptable side effects were noted.
