Petyunina OV – This analysis focused on the impact of anxiety–depressive disorders (ADD) on after infarction remodeling in patients with STEMI. The present study showed that ADD in patients with STEMI aggravated the course of after infarction period and entails the progression of fibrotic–hypertrophic processes and corresponding remodeling of the myocardium, decrease of physical tolerance.
