Ichiro Y, et al. - The efficacy of 20 mg/d istradefylline was evaluated in Parkinson's disease (PD) subjects experiencing an average daily OFF time of 3 hours or less. A significant improvement was observed with 20 mg/d istradefylline in motor functions among PD patients with mild wearing-off.
