Sports Medicine Evidence based | Feb 07, 2018

Borror A, et al. - This study entailed consolidating the literature surrounding the impacts of postprandial exercise on glucose regulation in individuals with type 2 diabetes. Evidence suggested possible efficacy of postprandial exercise in improving glucose control in individuals with type 2 diabetes. Focusing on increasing energy expenditure after the largest meal of the day was recommended for individuals with type 2 diabetes.
