Kebapci A, et al. - This study involves the development as well as an assessment of the impacts of a nurse-led clinical pathway (CP) for patients undergoing CABG (Coronary Artery Bypass Graft Surgery). Findings demonstrated that the nurse-led CP effectively improved length of stay (LOS) in both the ICU and hospital as well as the secondary outcomes related to recovery from surgery (e.g. time to extubation, first feeding etc.).
