Meesters Y, et al. - Researchers performed a comparison of the effects of exposure to narrow-band blue light to those of broad-wavelength white light in the treatment of seasonal affective disorder (SAD). Findings demonstrated the efficacy of light treatment for SAD. They observed no difference in effect between bright light and blue light treatment.
