McInerney KA, et al. Â Here the authors presented the hypothesis that human papillomavirus (HPV) prevention via vaccination would protect fecundity. Overall, they found a little effect of HPV vaccination on fecundability. However, HPV vaccination was positively associated with fecundability among women with a history of sexually transmitted infections.
