Nagaoka Y, et al. - This study reports the impact of small dose of topiroxostat on serum uric acid in patients receiving hemodialysis. According to findings, treatment with a low dose of topiroxostat in this population decreased serum uric acid sufficiently to maintain it below 7.0 mg/dL.
