The effect of single-scan and scan-pair intensity inhomogeneity correction methods on repeatability of voxel-based morphometry with multiple magnetic resonance scanners
Journal of Computer Assisted Tomography Feb 04, 2018
Goto M, et al. - The effects of single-scan and scan-pair intensity inhomogeneity correction methods were examined on the repeatability of voxel-based morphometry (VBM) using images acquired with multiple magnetic resonance (MR) scanners. The repeatability of gray and white matter volumes obtained by multiple MR scanners and assessed by VBM was improved with single-scan and scan-pair intensity inhomogeneity corrections.
