Ostman C, et al. - This study investigated the potential of exercise training for improving clinical outcomes in people with metabolic syndrome (MetS). Improvement in body composition, cardiovascular, and, metabolic outcomes was evident as a consequence of exercise training. For some outcome measures, isolated aerobic exercise appeared optimal.
