van Eerd M, Patijn J, Loeffen D, et al. - This study was sought to develop a reproducible and clinically feasible diagnostic scoring system to calculate cervical degeneration on standard cervical x‐rays. A dichotomous outcome (degenerative abnormalities present Y/N) was applied to conduct a reproducibility study for the interpretation of degenerative abnormalities on standard cervical x‐rays. This study’s findings demonstrate that the subjective judgement of cervical standard x‐ray is a reproducible method to indicate degenerative abnormalities of the cervical spine.
