The deposition of anti-DNA IgG contributes to the development of cutaneous lupus erythematosus

Dong Y, et al. - The effect of anti-DNA IgG on keratinocytes in cutaneous lupus erythematosus (CLE), was explored. According to outcomes, via binding to keratinocyte-related antigens, anti-DNA IgG could contribute to the development of CLE. It exacerbated inflammatory infiltration and modulated factor inducible 14 (Fn14) and suppressor of cytokine signalling 1 (SOCS1) pathways.
