The pump-probe laser microscopy correctly determined nevi from melanoma and stratified melanoma by aggressiveness. Promising results were yielded with the recent development of effective adjuvant therapies for melanoma. Hence, its utility was recommended on appropriate patient populations that could potentially be detected through pump-probe laser microscopy.
