Shribman S, et al. - This study was performed to establish whether the BRadykinesia Akinesia INcordination (BRAIN) test could be used to measure disability in multiple sclerosis (MS) and to identify the presence of pyramidal or cerebellar dysfunction. In MS, the BRAIN test could remotely measure disability. According to the presence and severity of pyramidal or extrapyramidal dysfunction, specific scores differed. It showed huge potential in monitoring disease progression in clinical trials.
