Gabin JM, et al. - Researchers sought to determine the link between Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and highly sensitive C-reactive protein (hsCRP) in persons ≥60 years of age. In line with previous studies, findings of this current investigation indicated a shift in the link between hsCRP and AD by age: an adverse association in adults (60-70.5 years) and an inverse association in seniors (>70.6 years) was apparent.
