Chesnaye NC, et al. - Researchers investigated the association of donorÂrecipient age combinations with graft survival in children. They noted that graft outcomes were excellent in all paediatric recipients who received donations from older living donors. It was recommended that for young recipients, the allocation of deceased donors (DDs) over the age of 5 years be prioritized.
