Wu S, et al. - The predictive value of big endothelin-1 (ET-1) in patients with atrial fibrillation (AF) was assessed herein. Findings demonstrated that long-term all-cause mortality, major adverse events, and cardiovascular death in AF patients were independently predicted by elevated big ET-1 levels.
